Brewed since 1383, Lowenbrau is still produced in Munich and is brewed according to the German Reinheitsgebot (purity law) that dates back to 1516. It’s a refreshing yet characteristic beer, slightly dry, spicy, with a trace of malt and delicately bitter.

It’s crisp and refreshing but it’s got character too. Sweet digestive biscuit and honey is followed by the tingle of floral and spicy hop bitterness and then a snappy finish that leaves you craving more.

Pouring a shining golden colour, Spaten Münchner Hell Beer offers up floral hops and a faint toffee aroma from the malt. The first sip reveals a smooth lager with a balanced bittersweet flavour – it’s lip-smackingly refreshing and crisp.

It's the art of brewing in its purest form for true wheat beer connoisseurs: "Original"  – the traditional wheat beer brewed unaltered in accordance with the original recipe of Georg I. Schneider since 1872 – and since then simply marquee. Of a deep amber colour, harmonically balanced and strong. That's what Bavaria tastes like.

Established in 1634 in Munich by the Paulaner Order of mendicant friars. Now owned by the Schörghuber family, it is one of the six breweries which provides beer for Oktoberfest. Paulaner ranks number six among Germany's best-selling beers

The No. 1 Weissbier in Germany and one of the world’s favourites. Naturally cloudy and shining silky-gold in the glass under a really strong head of foam. At the first mouthful this weissbier classic has a mild aroma of banana. Finer palates detect a trace of mango and pineapple and the balance between sweet and bitter. Beer connoisseurs appreciate the fine note of yeast and the mild but sparkling mix of aromas. It is a typical beer garden beer, which brings people together all over the world.

Paulaner have brewed their bottom-fermented Oktoberfest Bier during Oktoberfest – Germany’s favorite Oktoberfest beer and a true institution in Munich. The glass is full of October sunshine, strong and golden. The perfect balance of a light taste of hops and a strong note of malt. A feast of a beer, which always goes down well. This beer is only brewed for the Oktoberfest. That’s where it belongs, along with all the fun of the fair like the Ferris wheel and roasted almonds.

Oktoberfest beer is very special. Only 6 Munich breweries are allowed to serve beer at Oktoberfest - and Hacker-Pschorr is one of them. Every year, the brewmasters from the 6 traditional Munich breweries strive to create an exceptional beer for Oktoberfest visitors.​

At the end of the 19th century, Munich took great pleasure in two new beaming additions to the city: the golden Angel of Peace and the first lager beer speciality, Münchner Gold. Still brewed by us to this day according to the age-old recipe, this slightly stronger beer is a mature masterpiece and delights with its enticing malty aroma and its slightly stronger original wort.

Kellerbier is a stye of lager which is bottled unfiltered so often has a slight natural haze. In Hacker-Pschorr's version there are distinctive fruity notes alongside caramel and honeyed flavours which are brought out during the tradtional maturation and storage. With a touch of rusticity it's also beautifully smooth and refreshing.

Our unfiltered Hacker-Pschorr Weissbier is naturally cloudy, full-flavoured and uniquely refreshing. Georg Pschorr – in his day owner of the Pschorr brewery and a man of true foresight - spread word of this exquisite and enjoyable Hefe-Weissbier and made it popular beyond the borders of Bavaria.

Our straw-coloured pilsner is crystal-clear and perfectly hopped, boasting a light taste and a lasting foam head with extra-fine bubbles. This all combines for a moment of pure pilsner enjoyment. For two centuries we’ve brewed our beer using only the best ingredients, and following the renowned German Beer Purity laws. It’s no wonder the distinct barrel-fresh taste of our Bitburger Premium Pils is a firm favourite amongst beer fans, and the most poured beer in Germany!

Brewed according to the German Purity Law with only the finest Bavarian ingredients, Starnberger Hell (4.8% abv) is an easy-drinking, fine-flavoured and refreshing Bavarian lager. At the first sip, it is delicately tart, later revealing wheat notes balanced in harmony with the citrus notes of the hops and the malty aromas of lime honey. Full-bodied with a round taste and a golden shine, Starnberger Hell personifies everything that is good about the best Bavarian beers.

One of the finest examples of German Pilsner, Veltins Pilsener is brewed using natural spring water from its own mountain. It has a delicate dry and clean palate, fine carbonated body, slight bitterness and a light citrus finish.
